13 months and growing...

It's that time again! My boy has turned a month older once again! I will be real honest. I used to dread the 'chair picture' because it has really gotten to be a fight. Not this time! Reid went and sat down in his chair.. smiled... got up to come look at the photo he just took... then went back to the chair for more pictures! I am so proud!He is being such a ham!

Happy 13 months sweet guy!

You have turned into a little boy these past few weeks. You are saying 'hi mama' all the time! You also always say 'whoa!' Love listening to you learn new words! We are having so much fun watching you learn something new each day! I know you turned a year and I am supposed to stop here but I just can't! I promise I won't make you come home from college to take your monthly chair pictures though! :)

Clean teeth!

Reid had to make sure his breath was fresh this morning before he went over to play with the girls. It also made it a lot easier on mom with him being perfectly content sitting in the sink. I got ready for school in no time!

Christmas time

Even though you can see that Reid is banging poor Joseph's head on the roof of the stable, this still warms my heart. Can't wait to watch Reid learn the reason for this special time of year!

Halloween

Reid had a stomach bug on Halloween so he was not to into the whole trick-or-treating thing. That's ok... we have PLENTY of years to do that! We decided to stay home... Patrick carved a pumpkin and we passed out candy to all our cute neighbor friends! We attempted to take Reid around the block in the wagon but he was just not having it.

He would much rather sit at home and pretend to eat suckers! :)

1 year check-up

This sweet guy checked out perfect at his 1 year appointment. Were we surprised? NO! He is so perfect and precious! He does have a fit from time to time... and he also bites his girlfriend but everybody has a bad day sometime.
Anyway, he is weighing in at 19 pounds! He got four shots :(... that sure is rough on a mom. Breaks my heart to see that happen, but I know it is in his best interests! As you can see... the 4 shots didn't phase him for long.

Saturday mornings

Every Saturday morning while Daddy mows Reid and I snuggle up on the couch for a morning nap. It might be one of my favorite times!
